As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems and infrastructure within the property, ensuring they are operating safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of electricians, provide guidance on maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations. Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure minimal disruption and optimal operation of electrical systems that support the overall guest experience and business operations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and train the electrical team to ensure effective maintenance of all electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems.
- Monitor performance to prevent failures or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Manager for regular testing.
- Manage electrical inventory and stock.
- Review and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Handle emergency electrical issues ensuring minimal guest service impact.
