About the Role

This full-time position for a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II is based in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of the mining industry in the Kingdom.

Role Summary

The Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II is responsible for capturing requirements for new initiatives, troubleshooting current and future system states, and driving work packages to demonstrate value. This role involves defining solution plans in alignment with Platform and Solution Architects, and supporting business units with site-based deployments and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges and troubleshoot site-based evidence to identify specific solutions.
• Define priority elements of solutioning to meet Business Unit objectives within the relevant technology domain(s).
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and adhere to enterprise standards.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure implementations meet agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities.
• Identify and communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early in the process.

Required Experience and Competencies

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Core competencies for this role include:
