The Accounting Intern | COOP Training Role

This internship position, based in Jeddah, is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience seeking to gain practical exposure in finance within a technology business environment. The Accounting Intern will support the finance function by contributing to billing, collections, and daily accounting processes, including client-facing finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements.
• Handle collection activities and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and collection reporting.
• Assist the finance team with daily accounting and operational tasks as needed.
• Conduct client visits and travel when required for business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree student, or a fresh graduate, in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
