Area Sales Manager at Converge

Converge is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales performance and strengthening market execution across an assigned territory within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies throughout the designated area. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams and customers to achieve commercial targets, enhance market coverage, and identify new growth opportunities. The manager will also contribute significantly to driving sales excellence and strengthening customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies across the area.
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to achieve commercial targets.

Required Experience

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated strong experience in managing sales performance across an assigned territory.
Experience in Traditional Trade sales is highly preferred.
