About the Role of Compliance Manager

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves managing and supporting the organization's compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements. The Compliance Manager will be instrumental in maintaining an effective compliance framework and promoting a culture of integrity and ethical business conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s compliance framework, policies, procedures, and monitoring programs.
• Identify, track, and maintain a register of applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, certificates, and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Review and communicate regulatory changes, ensuring the implementation of required actions.
• Follow up on compliance findings, action plans, and regulatory commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for management and relevant committees.
• Support the maintenance of company licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Escalate significant compliance breaches and high-risk issues to management.
• Support the Chief Audit & Compliance Executive in reporting compliance matters to senior management and relevant committees.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and other assurance functions to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance oversight.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support compliance activities effectively.
• Proven experience in maintaining compliance frameworks and monitoring regulatory obligations.
• Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
