About the Role

Park Hyatt Jeddah is seeking a Director of Finance (Saudi National Only) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is responsible for the efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

Role Overview

The Director of Finance will oversee the financial management of the division, working to meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. The role focuses on maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of financial management while ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Finance & Accounting Division.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient running of the Finance & Accounting Division.
Align divisional operations with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations regarding financial performance and management.
Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all finance and accounting functions.
Maintain Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Must be a Saudi National.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations effectively.
Experience in upholding corporate strategies and brand standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the hospitality sector at Park Hyatt Jeddah. The role involves working within a structured environment that adheres to international corporate and brand standards.
