The Role: Estimator - Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment

Alshaya Enterprises is looking for a Full-time Estimator - Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to preparing accurate quotations and ensuring client satisfaction by working closely with various internal and external stakeholders within the FF&E sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultants with alternative options for specified planned products and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, flooring, and sanitary fixtures.
• Attend client meetings with consultants to gain a comprehensive understanding of specific client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team in the preparation of detailed quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive and reliable sourcing.
• Verify the accuracy of materials, quantities, and material costs included in all quotations.
• Work alongside design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge within the department.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar estimating role, specifically within the furniture, fixtures, and equipment sector.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 7 years of previous experience in a comparable role. This includes a proven ability to manage supplier relationships, accurately estimate project costs, and collaborate effectively with sales and design teams to meet client expectations.
