Sweater is seeking a Field Monitor - Quality Control (On-Ground Operations) to join our full-time team in Jeddah. This role is integral to ensuring service excellence and operational compliance as our operations continue to expand.

Role Purpose

The Field Monitor will play a vital on-ground role in strengthening field supervision, enhancing biker performance, reducing customer complaints, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. This position involves conducting direct site visits, evaluating real-time performance, documenting findings, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.

Field Monitoring and Compliance

• Conduct daily field visits to monitor bikers’ adherence to approved quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify, document, and report violations and operational observations using approved templates.
• Conduct customer visits when required to evaluate service quality.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement

• Assess biker performance based on defined KPIs and quality standards.
• Analyze evaluation outcomes to identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and reduce operational errors.
• Propose practical solutions for issues identified during field inspections.

Reporting, Follow-up, and Coordination

• Prepare detailed periodic reports on field visits and performance evaluations.
• Submit structured reports including findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
• Maintain and update records within approved systems in line with company policies.
• Follow up on corrective actions in coordination with concerned departments.
• Verify implementation of recommendations and ensure measurable performance improvement.
• Contribute to enhancing operational procedures based on field observations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Support teams to address daily challenges.
• Collect necessary data and documentation from relevant departments.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and accountability within field teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to conduct on-ground inspections and apply approved quality standards accurately.
• Willingness and ability to relocate temporarily to Riyadh for a two-week training program prior to full deployment.
