Role Purpose and Scope

The Guest Experience Expert plays a central role in enhancing the overall guest journey, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. This position involves proactively delivering a comprehensive range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay, and effectively managing assigned operational spaces to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete all necessary reports accurately.
• Provide guests with information and highlights about the local area.
• Ensure all guest interactions and transactions contribute positively to the overall experience.

Professional Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires strict adherence to company policies, maintaining a safe workplace, and ensuring the confidentiality of guest and company information. The expert is responsible for protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and consistently presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The position involves being on your feet and moving around for extended periods, requiring a hands-on approach to tasks, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
