Role Overview: HVAC / AC Technicians

Greeny Facility Management is seeking HVAC / AC Technicians for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is focused on industrial projects and involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and AC systems within industrial facilities. The primary objective is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC and AC systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and optimal performance.
• Conducting system testing and calibration to verify operational accuracy.
• Adhering strictly to all relevant safety standards and protocols.
• Completing detailed service reports for all maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinating effectively with supervisors and other trades on project sites.
• Supporting the execution schedules of various industrial projects.
• Responding to urgent breakdowns as required.
• Assisting in system upgrades and modifications.
• Providing recommendations to improve system performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the HVAC / AC Technician role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and AC systems, particularly within industrial settings. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical diagnostics is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, focusing on industrial projects. The role requires active participation in a dynamic environment, ensuring the operational reliability of critical facility systems.
