Investigation Officer

About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an Investigation Officer to join their team in Jeddah. This role is an employee position, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, and focuses on conducting fraud investigations and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the Fraud Investigation Program in accordance with company guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the Investigation Manual throughout all stages of an investigation.
• Prepare comprehensive working papers to document investigations, including supporting evidence for all forensic findings.
• Analyze relevant data to provide insights and support the investigation process.
• Conduct interviews with suspects and witnesses in a professional and courteous manner to gather information based on identified evidence.
• Prepare clear, evidence-backed reports that summarize conclusions, findings, and recommendations regarding employee disciplinary actions and control enhancements.

Operational Duties

• Maintain organized files for all cases, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record-keeping.
• Stay informed about new developments in the field of investigations and relevant legal frameworks.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by the Investigation Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established investigation protocols and manuals.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and evidence gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, concise, and evidence-based reports.
• High level of organization for case management and record-keeping.
