About the Role

Diamond Glare is seeking a Kitchen Equipment & Laundry Technician to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial hospitality and laundry machinery. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen and industrial laundry equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and electronic faults accurately and efficiently on-site.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
Coordinate spare parts requirements, maintain technical logs, and report job status using company systems.
Provide technical guidance and operational safety instructions to clients and equipment operators.
Adhere strictly to occupational health, safety, and electrical hazard standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

A diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration/HVAC, or Mechatronics is mandatory.
Strong ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
A valid Saudi driving license is required.
Willingness and ability to travel temporarily to other cities across Saudi Arabia for client support when needed.
Experience working with major hospitality brands or commercial equipment suppliers is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering service needs in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires on-site work and potential travel within Saudi Arabia to support client operations.
