About the Role

Urban Builders is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager – Facilities & Technical Maintenance to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role requires strong practical and technical expertise in comprehensive building and facility maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, managing technical teams, and coordinating with contractors to ensure that facilities, systems, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Ensure all maintenance requests and breakdowns are addressed promptly.
• Identify maintenance requirements and prioritize work based on urgency and operational impact.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed correctly and within the required timeframe.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, equipment, and systems.

Specific Duties

• Supervise general electrical maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor lighting systems, electrical panels, breakers, switches, sockets, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate specialized repairs when necessary.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of hands-on experience across multiple maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, swimming pools, fountains, irrigation, landscaping, cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-construction maintenance. Strong technical knowledge and practical maintenance experience are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in comprehensive building and facility maintenance.
• Demonstrated practical and technical experience across various maintenance disciplines.
• An Engineering degree is not required; strong technical knowledge and practical experience are prioritized.
