Maintenance Planner

About the Role

Trade Tech International, a leading industrial company, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is central to optimizing maintenance operations and ensuring efficient scheduling and resource management.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, and providing essential support to overall maintenance activities. This position requires a professional who can effectively coordinate teams and monitor key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed maintenance schedules.
• Create and manage work orders for various maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports.
• Manage the planning and inventory of spare parts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in creating and tracking work orders.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance teams and resources.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this role ranges from SAR3,200 to SAR4,800 per month.
