Job Summary

Arena Fitness Innovation is seeking an experienced and energetic Martial Arts Coach to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role requires a strong background in one or more martial arts disciplines, with the ability to coach both children and adults across various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality martial arts training sessions for members.
• Coach and develop children and adults of different fitness and skill levels.
• Deliver sessions in one or more of the following disciplines: BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and/or MMA.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and motivating training environment.
• Assist members in developing their technique, fitness, strength, and martial arts skills.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with members.
• Support both group classes and personal training sessions as required.
• Adhere to Arena’s coaching standards and contribute to an engaging member experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Martial Arts Coach or in a similar coaching role.
• Strong background in one or more martial arts disciplines, such as BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or MMA.
• Experience coaching children and/or adults.
• Relevant martial arts or coaching certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, energetic, and member-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working with a diverse group of members in a dynamic fitness environment.
