The Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a full-time Merchandiser to join our growing team in Jeddah, Makkah, and Riyadh. This role is essential for ensuring excellent in-store execution and maximizing the visibility and availability of our brands within retail environments. The Merchandiser will play a key part in upholding merchandising standards and supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily store visits according to the assigned route plan.
Ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Implement approved planograms and merchandising standards.
Install promotional displays and in-store marketing materials.
Monitor pricing, shelf share, and competitor activities.
Maintain excellent shelf presentation, stock rotation, and product freshness.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure effective in-store execution.
Submit daily field reports and store photos.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FMCG Merchandiser.
Proven experience working with Modern Trade accounts in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in Premium Snacks and Branded FMCG Products is highly preferred.
Good understanding of Modern Trade execution standards.
Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with primary operations covering retail locations in Jeddah, Makkah, and Riyadh. The role requires regular field visits across these cities.
