Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

About the Role

E-Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience, with a specific emphasis on Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and business process analysis sessions.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Oracle Fusion Payroll Expertise

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll processes and setups.
• Design and maintain payroll elements, balances, costing structures, and payroll calculations.
• Validate payroll results and support payroll reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with business teams to resolve payroll-related issues and enhancements.

Compensation and Benefits Management

• Configure and support salary review, bonus, and compensation planning processes.
• Manage compensation plans, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.
• Ensure compensation solutions align with organizational policies and business objectives.
• Configure benefit programs, plans, eligibility profiles, and enrollment processes.
• Support benefits administration and related business requirements.
• Assist with benefits-related testing, reporting, and issue resolution.

Advanced Controls and Security

• Design and configure HCM security structures, data roles, and security profiles.
• Support segregation of duties and compliance requirements.
• Configure and maintain approval workflows and access controls.
• Ensure adherence to governance, audit, and security standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of HCM security, advanced controls, and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions.
