Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. We are seeking a PMO Manager to join our team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective management of new and active project components in accordance with approved project management methodologies. This includes achieving strategic, essential, and valuable objectives, as well as realizing the expected return from projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management Framework and Methodology Development:
   1. Prepare and update project management policies and templates.
   2. Adopt appropriate methodologies (PMBOK / Agile / Hybrid).
   3. Standardize monitoring and reporting templates.
   4. Develop a project governance guide.
   5. Document lessons learned and improvements.
2. Annual Project Planning and Prioritization:
   1. Receive proposed projects from departments and analyze their scope.
   2. Assess strategic impact and determine priorities.
   3. Estimate required resources and budgets for projects.
   4. Prepare the annual timeline.
   5. Present the plan to senior management for approval.
3. Project Implementation Monitoring and Project Manager Guidance:
   1. Conduct regular follow-up meetings.
   2. Analyze time and cost deviations.
   3. Address obstacles and escalate as necessary.
   4. Improve the performance of project implementation teams.
   5. Monitor adherence to quality standards.
4. Preparation of Executive Reports and Performance Indicators:
   1. Prepare dashboards and performance measurement boards.
   2. Analyze monthly achievement data.
   3. Prepare reports for senior management on implementation status.
   4. Provide early warnings about risks and delays.
   5. Propose implementable corrective solutions.
5. Ensuring Strategic Alignment and Value Management:
   1. Ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
   2. Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
   3. Evaluate project value and return.
   4. Document and transfer knowledge to internal beneficiaries.
   5. Efficiently deliver project results to the operating environment.
