About the Role

Role Summary

The Procurement Officer will play a crucial role in supporting Swan Properties by managing and executing procurement activities. This involves a focus on purchasing, effective supplier management, commercial negotiations, and overall procurement coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of real estate projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement activities for both projects and general operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate effectively with various suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), conduct commercial comparisons, and formulate procurement recommendations.
• Issue and diligently follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate closely with technical, finance, and project teams to align procurement strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure strict compliance with agreed terms and specifications.
• Support initiatives aimed at cost optimization and enhancing overall procurement efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and prepare periodic reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience
