Procurement Specialist Pharmaceuticals & Medical Supplies

About the Role

Remain Medical Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist with practical experience in purchasing pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves managing the procurement process to ensure the availability of essential medical items.

Key Responsibilities

• Source pharmaceuticals and medical supplies from approved suppliers and distributors.
• Compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, and diligently follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and warehouses to maintain optimal stock availability and monitor expiry dates of products.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and comprehensive supplier information.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated procurement experience covering both pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Strong skills in supplier management, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Experience within the Saudi healthcare market is preferred.
• Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for sponsorship transfer.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah.

Work Location

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, within the Remain Medical Group facilities. The position is full-time.
