About Petromin Corporation

Petromin Corporation is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join its Corporate Network Team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the company's corporate network infrastructure across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution and governance of Petromin’s corporate network development activities and initiatives within Saudi Arabia. This includes consolidating critical information related to cost, schedule, risk, and delivery for comprehensive oversight. The role combines hands-on project execution, regional coordination, and centralized reporting to ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved budgets, and in full compliance with Petromin Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Corporate Network Development Projects, encompassing showrooms, workshops, stock yards, warehouses, offices, and related facilities.
• Manage regional site execution directly and provide oversight support to other regions through Project Engineers and/or Contractors/Consultants.
• Develop and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Manage contractors and consultants on site, including progress monitoring, quality control, safety compliance, and issue resolution.
• Review, approve, and integrate architectural, structural, MEP, IT, and specialist drawings, ensuring constructability and compliance with Petromin standards.
• Own project cost control, including tracking commitments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Maintain project trackers covering schedule, cost, risks, and mitigation actions; proactively escalate deviations. Track, coordinate, and follow up on internal processes pertinent to approvals.
• Compile and maintain a centralized OneDrive repository for all projects, including as-built drawings (AutoCAD & PDF), BOQs and contracts, project trackers, and handover/closure documentation.
• Ensure structured project close-out, including snag clearance, handover documentation, and warranty tracking.
• Consolidate and maintain project data into management-ready reports for the General Manager – Network Development and Management (GM – NDM), covering cost status, delivery risks, and recommended resolution paths for issues.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Project Manager position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on corporate network development or related infrastructure projects. A demonstrated history of managing projects from initiation to successful completion is essential.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated strong site presence and an execution-oriented mindset.
• High proficiency in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, contractor management, and project controls.
• Ability to effectively interface with senior management and external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position requires active involvement in regional coordination and hands-on project execution across various sites within the Kingdom.
