Role Overview

My Clinic KSA is seeking a Psychiatry Senior Registrar to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing specialized psychiatric care and contributing to departmental programs under the direction and supervision of the department Chairman/Medical Director. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients within the clinic services.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Offer consultation services in accordance with approved privileges.
• Actively participate in Departmental/Divisional Educational Programs.
• Coach, educate, and supervise Staff Physicians and Assistant Consultants within the Department and Divisional subspecialty training.
• Develop subspecialty clinical programs and Departmental Practice Protocols (DPPs) as directed.
• Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance initiatives and participate in Departmental and My Clinic programs.
• Ensure that the quality of care provided meets the standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
• Assume responsibilities in other divisions within the Department as requested.
• Serve on medical staff committees as directed by the Departmental Head / Medical Director.
• Adhere to the rules, policies, and procedures of My Clinic.
• Maintain responsibility for the patients under their care.
• Perform other professional and medical duties assigned by the department head.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide specialized psychiatric care.
• Experience in a collaborative team healthcare environment.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider.
