Position Summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Reservation Supervisor InterContinental to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the daily operations of the booking department, leading the reservation team, and optimizing room revenue for the InterContinental property.

Role Overview

The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Key duties include supervising daily bookings, providing training to staff, and maintaining accuracy in inventory management to support the hotel's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule reservation agents to ensure consistent delivery of high service standards.
• Manage and oversee all incoming room requests, group blocks, changes, and cancellations received through phone, email, and various online channels.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and market codes to effectively maximize occupancy and overall revenue.
• Handle VIP bookings, complex guest requests, and professionally resolve escalated guest concerns.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in reservation management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
