The Role of Restaurant Supervisor

Nawa Patio is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and high standards. The supervisor is responsible for managing staff, coordinating service, and maintaining guest satisfaction within a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and floor service coordination.
• Ensure consistent adherence to food and beverage standards.
• Monitor guest flow and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide training to staff members.
• Assist with inventory control procedures.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities and customer experience initiatives.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires active participation in the daily operational flow of the restaurant, working closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing service environment.
