Al Tuwairqi Group is a prominent industrial entity seeking a dedicated Senior Operator, Main Pulpit to join their operations in Jeddah. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are ready to take on critical responsibilities within a dynamic production environment.

The Role of Senior Operator, Main Pulpit

The Senior Operator, Main Pulpit plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the main pulpit. This position involves active monitoring, prompt response to operational issues, and meticulous reporting to maintain high standards of production quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Report all unsafe conditions to the Production Shift In-Charge and to the concerned Mechanical and Electrical personnel without delay.
• Respond effectively to quality-related concerns raised by the QC Inspector, addressing issues such as size, weight, or mechanical property deviations.
• Inform the finishing roller of any issues and, if the problem is major or could result in non-prime finished product, immediately stop rolling and notify both the finishing roller and the Shift In-Charge.
• React promptly to alarms appearing on the monitor by informing the concerned area or department and following the required operational response protocols.
• Record the precise start and end times of any mill delay and ensure that all delay details are communicated accurately.
• Document all cobbles occurring during the shift, including relevant operational details when required.
• Prepare the delay and production report at the end of each shift, in consultation with the Shift In-Charge.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an operational role, preferably within a heavy industry or manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time opportunity based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent on-site presence to effectively manage and monitor main pulpit operations.
