About the Role

Alcon is seeking a Surgical Account Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving business growth, promotion, and development within designated accounts to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customer development strategies and dedicated Key Account Management (KAM) action plans for assigned accounts, aligning on objectives and ensuring execution.
Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key customers.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans, providing strategic input regarding analysis, future potential, and key programs for accounts.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, and guide initiatives launched by the company to target specific accounts.
Analyze the market situation, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and competitors.
Organize customer events and other programs independently or in collaboration with the marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans.
Contribute to stakeholder mapping, including segmentation and profiling, and provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon CRM system.
Establish and implement a sales/business plan for a designated client base.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in account management or sales within the surgical or medical device industry. The role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
