About the Tamheer Health Coordination Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Health Coordination professional to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on direct customer engagement and ensuring high standards of service delivery within our network. The coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and hospital staff, managing inquiries and facilitating smooth operations.

Core Responsibilities

The Tamheer Health Coordinator is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
  • Processing all member requests in adherence to established company standards and procedures.
  • Serving as a competent, courteous, efficient, and proactive point of contact for both customers and hospital staff.
  • Conducting necessary follow-ups on all inquiries to ensure resolutions meet customer, hospital, and company expectations.

Customer Service Excellence

A core aspect of this role involves delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This includes:

  • Adhering to customer service procedures as outlined in departmental manuals and standards.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all company departments, the hospital network, products, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Effectively managing customer complaints and resolving issues to full satisfaction with minimal escalation.
  • Ensuring the office, customer areas, and personal appearance consistently reflect the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and professionalism.

Provider Engagement and Compliance

The coordinator plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying that hospitals comply with agreed-upon service standards and deliver these to members.
  • Ensuring hospitals effectively utilize technical services such as swipe card and fingerprint machines, as well as the company website.
  • Providing support, coaching, and training to hospital staff on Bupa services.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with providers' insurance directors.
  • Conducting regular visits to service points to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Managing customer complaints effectively, ensuring proper follow-up on recovery plans, and logging complaints into the system for preventive actions.

Team Collaboration
