MAC, established in 2001, is a leading contracting company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, known for managing Rush, Iconic, and Complex projects. We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO.

Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage all communications for the CEO.
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.
- Handle correspondence and manage logistics for the CEO’s family.
- Ensure seamless daily operations through exceptional organizational skills. This position requires flexible working hours to accommodate various activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
