- Monitor new shipments and manage shipment operations.
- Track and ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for operational improvements.
- Document and track shipments, ensuring real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Engage with authorities to manage clearance issues and compliance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
