The Role of Driving Instructor (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring accident-free defensive driving among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The instructor will achieve this through successful staff selection, comprehensive induction, ongoing assessment, and continuous training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as an integral part of the selection process.
• Control the induction process for all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion prior to authorization for driving poultry vehicles.
• Personally provide and deliver MHE Training Programs to staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in driving instruction or a similar field. This role demands a practical background in vehicle and MHE operation, coupled with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence within a professional environment.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Demonstrated ability to be action-oriented, plan effectively, and align with organizational objectives.
• Strong self-awareness and the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Solid technical and operational knowledge pertinent to driving and MHE operation.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality Standards and Health & Safety regulations.
