Role Overview: Senior Logistics Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves leading the Outbound Hail Warehouse team, ensuring all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on schedule and in accordance with standard operating procedures. The supervisor will also ensure the efficient execution of all shift receipts and dispatch activities, and provide coverage for the Team Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, within Almarai's logistics and distribution operations.
