The Opportunity: Regional Training Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer (Sales) to join its team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time role supports the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives by enhancing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of employees. The position is integral to improving the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams through structured training programs.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and appropriate attitudes to enhance their operational efficiency and performance. This is achieved through the delivery of both classroom-based and on-the-job training, directly contributing to the regional learning goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives.
• Deliver classroom training sessions to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training to develop practical skills.
• Equip employees with essential skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive attitude among employees to enhance performance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of individual and team operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
