About the Role

Saudi Networkers Services (SNS) is seeking a qualified English Instructor / Lecturer to join its team in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering high-quality English language education to students.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to educate students, enabling them to achieve proficiency in English. The Instructor will contribute to enhancing students' communication skills, which is crucial for their academic and professional advancement. This position plays a direct role in supporting students' future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and address diverse student learning needs, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technology.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and support to improve language skills and achieve academic goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters learning, applying effective classroom management techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to share best practices and resources, contributing to a cohesive educational team focused on student success.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that promote language use outside the classroom, such as language clubs, workshops, and cultural exchange programs.
• Stay updated with current trends in language teaching and educational technology, integrating new tools and resources into teaching practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement, fostering a partnership to support learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and remain an effective educator.
• Contribute to the overall development of the school community by participating in staff meetings, committees, and school events, enhancing collaboration among stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in English language instruction.
