Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

J&T Express is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time role is essential for supporting various HR functions within our logistics and express delivery operations, focusing on recruitment, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for couriers, field staff, and various operational roles.
• Audit daily time logs using systems like GAIA/BS, verify mispunches against CCTV footage, and generate daily dispatch reports.
• Administer courier account access through GMS/JMS platforms.
• Provide support for payroll processes, including reconciling weekly courier barrel/detection deductions, processing monthly salary increases/tickets, and assisting with final settlements.
• Oversee employee relations, conduct 3-month probation reviews based on KPIs and supervisor feedback, resolve site grievances, and manage offboarding and sponsor transfers efficiently.
• Maintain accurate master employee data, update contract trackers, and conduct monthly active account audits for HR reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
• Proven experience in the Logistics, Express Delivery, or Supply Chain industry is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, attendance auditing, payroll inputs, and field employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational workforce management systems.
