Role Overview: Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage communication channels and support departmental operations. This full-time position (Job ID: 89482) is available in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh, and is integral to ensuring smooth internal and external communication flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly.
• Communicate messages and calls to the respective departments efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues or concerns relevant to the department.
