About the AI Transformation Lead Role

RiDiK is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to join a large Middle Eastern Bank that is actively expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities. This role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a full-time commitment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary AI authority, responsible for defining and executing the Bank’s Enterprise AI Strategy.

Current AI Landscape at the Bank

The Bank has already established a foundational AI environment. This includes deployed on-premise GPU infrastructure supporting the QWEN Large Language Model. Initial AI solutions have been developed for Testing Services and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The current infrastructure also features a vector database and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. The Bank is also evaluating hybrid cloud AI architectures to support future scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Bank’s Enterprise AI Strategy.
• Scale AI adoption across IT and banking operations.
• Drive measurable improvements in ITCI’s service productivity and cost of delivery.
• Oversee the expansion of AI adoption across IT Services, Software Engineering, Operations, and Business Functions.
• Evaluate and recommend hybrid and cloud AI platforms where appropriate.

Required Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of hands-on AI/ML delivery experience and a deep understanding of the banking domain. Strong executive presence and bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic are essential for effective communication and stakeholder management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position embedded within a large Middle Eastern Bank. The work locations are Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with various departments within the bank to integrate and scale AI solutions.
