About the Auditor-Income Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Makkah is seeking an Auditor-Income to ensure the accuracy of financial figures and reports. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to managing and analyzing computerized financial information, contributing to the overall financial integrity of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of financial figures, reports, and related documents.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial data.
  • Oversee and ensure the security of the hotel's treasury and cash equivalents, adhering to established cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Organize, secure, and manage all ledgers and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll tables and reports.
  • Control and reconcile revenue reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions.
  • Maintain a clean and complete uniform, ensuring a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
  • Protect all company assets and the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
  • Handle guest interactions according to company standards, anticipating needs and responding appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously, prepare and correct documents accurately, and answer the telephone professionally.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with peers and collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • Comply with all quality requirements and standards.
  • Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pulling, and placing loads weighing a maximum of kilograms independently.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors that align with the position's scope.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior related work experience is necessary.
  • No supervision experience is required.
  • No specific permits or certifications are mandated for this role.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah. The role involves working within the hotel's financial operations, requiring adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and guest service standards.
