About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Barista to join the team of a well-known coffee shop in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess strong coffee preparation skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain consistent beverage quality and adhere to standard recipes and preparation procedures.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card payments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and customer service areas.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment as required.
Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
Support opening and closing procedures as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop/hospitality environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
