Accor is seeking a Butler (Saudi National) for Raffles Makkah Palace in Makkah. Raffles Makkah Palace is known for its exceptional standards and Arab hospitality, offering 219 Suites & duplex Villas with views of the Masjid Al Haram, the Holy Ka'aba, and the city. The hotel features four dining outlets with local and international cuisine, a spa, fitness center, and meeting rooms.

Role Summary

The Butler will report to the Fairmont Head Butler and is responsible for providing personalized and professional service to guests. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on anticipating guest needs and ensuring all requests are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Identify and anticipate guests’ needs to ensure personalized service is delivered.
• Provide Food and Beverage services as required by guests.
• Assist guests with any plans or arrangements they intend to make during their stay.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled and followed up on promptly.
• Maintain full understanding and knowledge of all in-suite services, technology, amenities, functions, and systems.
• Assist guests informatively and helpfully regarding hotel facilities.
• Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to consistently offer professional and engaging service.
• Strong understanding of guest service principles.
