About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Cashier Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service and accurately processing financial transactions at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Coordinate the work of the cash desk staff and assist in difficult situations.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
Experience required: 5-10 years.

Required Skills

Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of beauty products is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. The role operates within a retail setting, focusing on customer interaction and financial transaction management.
