About the Customer Service Representative Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in customer service.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers through various communication channels, including phone and email. The primary objective is to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to an improved overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Follow up on customer requests submitted through various systems.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-up until satisfactory resolution.
• Record and update customer data accurately within approved systems and collect relevant statistics.
• Escalate recurring issues and observations to appropriate departments, track their progress, and update customers on the resolution status.
• Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level standards.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience and service quality by identifying customer challenges and collaborating with relevant stakeholders for solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and effectively solve problems.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
