About the Role

* Naghi Motors is seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to join their team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role is central to managing and analyzing compliance data across all divisions, including Investigations, Awareness & Training, and Monitoring. The analyst will be responsible for developing data indicators, identifying risks, generating insights, and preparing reports for senior management and the Board.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Compliance Data Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of compliance data, aligning it with regulatory frameworks. This position plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the compliance department, contributing to risk identification and operational efficiency through comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance data indicators reflecting all activities within the compliance department.
Collect, clean, validate, and structure compliance data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify emerging compliance risks and operational gaps.
Prepare periodic compliance dashboards, KPIs, and comprehensive analytical reports for senior management and the Board.
Maintain a centralized compliance database, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and data governance.
Support investigations and monitoring teams by providing data insights relevant to case analysis and risk profiling.
Ensure compliance records align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and PDPL data protection standards.
Collaborate with all compliance units to understand data needs and enhance reporting quality.
Assist in developing automated reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics templates to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with IT and digital transformation teams to enhance data systems and ensure data integrity.
Support external audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assessments by providing accurate data reports.
Participate in compliance awareness by preparing data-driven presentations and insights that support decision-making.

Achieve a 100% data accuracy rate.
Maintain a 100% data completeness rate.
Ensure timely identification of PDPL-related issues.
Demonstrate timeliness in data validation and updates.
Ensure on-time delivery of all required compliance reports.
Contribute to the utilization rate of compliance dashboards by compliance units.
Enhance compliance risk identification processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah or Jeddah, supporting various compliance units within * Naghi Motors. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain robust data governance and reporting standards.
