About Match

Match is seeking a Sr Ecommerce Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is critical for managing the online store's digital performance, ensuring an optimal shopping experience, and achieving sales targets through data-driven strategies.

Role Overview

The Sr Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of the online store, focusing on website operations, commercial execution, and performance analytics. The primary objective is to maximize conversion rates and revenue by maintaining a high-quality online presence and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the online store.
Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with web developers and service providers to resolve technical issues affecting the online store.
Work with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
Monitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, and bounce rates.
Prepare regular reports detailing traffic, sales, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an e-commerce role.
Demonstrated ability to manage online store performance and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in website management and commercial execution within an e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on digital growth and customer experience.
