Imploy is seeking an ERP Product Manager Accounting to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading product initiatives within enterprise software, with a specific emphasis on accounting and financial modules. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management within the software industry.

Role Summary

The ERP Product Manager Accounting will be responsible for defining the long-term product roadmap and owning the product direction for core enterprise modules, particularly those related to accounting and finance. This position involves translating complex business and client needs into practical, scalable product solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major product initiatives across the company's enterprise suite and define the long-term product roadmap.
• Own the product direction for one or more core enterprise modules, including HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management), and Accounting/Finance, from discovery through delivery.
• Drive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams) to translate business and client needs into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows and convert them into practical, scalable product solutions.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and support their career growth.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact across assigned modules.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience, including 5-7 years in product management, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms is required.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, invoicing, and payroll integration, and their connection to broader ERP workflows.
• Prior experience working in a software house or software development company is essential, with comfort operating in a delivery-driven environment managing multiple concurrent products and client commitments.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical background with advanced tools knowledge, including SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
