About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager specializing in Supply Chain to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading significant product initiatives across enterprise software suites, with a particular focus on defining and executing the long-term product roadmap for core modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead major product initiatives across Idaratech's enterprise suite and define the long-term product roadmap.
Own the product direction for core enterprise modules, including HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management), and Accounting/Finance, from discovery through delivery.
Drive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams) to translate business and client needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows and convert them into practical, scalable product solutions.
Mentor junior Product Managers and support their career growth within the team.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to balance customer needs with overarching business goals.
Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact across assigned modules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Proven hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms, specifically with CRM, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management modules.
Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, invoicing, and payroll integration, and their connectivity to broader ERP workflows.
Prior experience working in a software house or software development company, demonstrating comfort operating in a delivery-driven environment with multiple concurrent products and client commitments.

Technical and Leadership Skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical background coupled with advanced tools knowledge, including SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic, delivery-driven environment that manages multiple concurrent products and client commitments, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach.
