Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

Hays is partnering with a large Holding Group to recruit a Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves leading the Group's financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting agenda.

Role Purpose and Impact

The FP&A Manager serves as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior management. This role is critical for providing forward-looking financial insights, challenging business performance, and supporting strategic and investment decisions across the Group. The manager will also guide subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters, ensuring consistency in financial planning and reporting, and providing clear visibility into the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Manage performance reporting and ensure accurate management reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO and senior management.
• Challenge business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support key strategic and investment decisions across the Group.
• Offer leadership and direction to subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters.
• Drive consistency in financial planning and reporting standards.
• Ensure clear visibility of the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, performance management, or business finance.
• Experience within a large Group, holding company, or multinational environment is preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with ERP, EPM, planning, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
