About the Future Talent Programme

Tetra Pak is seeking highly motivated recent graduates to join its Future Talent Programme as a Services Sales Analyst. This trainee programme offers a permanent position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with an onboarding date in September 2026. Participants will engage in an individually designed 18-month development program, connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization, including trainings and job rotations across various parts of the company.

Role Overview: Services Sales Analyst

As a Services Sales Analyst Trainee, you will gain exposure to Tetra Pak's business operations and collaborate with international colleagues. This role focuses on supporting the Services Director and Services Sales team in strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing a foundation for a career within Tetra Pak.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Services Director and Services Sales team in preparing the Services sales strategy, including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources such as Services Sales Pipeline, CRM (Salesforce), and Power BI reports.
• Assist with Services Sales Forecasting by utilizing historical data and market/opportunities analysis (Services Sales Pipeline, CRM, Power BI reports) to identify future sales potential.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management.
• Perform market analysis, applying knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and Services categories to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor overall Services sales performance using CRM (Salesforce) and guide Services Leads and Opportunities within CRM.
• Collaborate with the Services sales team (SKAMs, Services Sales Managers, and Inside Sales Managers) and other stakeholders.
• Participate in potential rotations throughout the program and undertake assigned tasks in other teams.
