About the Role

الحور أستار is seeking a skilled and dedicated Game Developer and Creator to join our team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the specialized development of online games using Unreal Engine.

Role Focus

The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of engaging online game experiences. A primary aspect of this role involves leveraging Unreal Engine to build robust and interactive game environments, contributing to all stages of the game development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain core game mechanics, features, and systems using Unreal Engine.
• Design and create compelling online gameplay experiences, ensuring player engagement and retention.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and other developers, to integrate game assets and functionalities.
• Optimize game performance across various platforms, ensuring stability and scalability for online multiplayer environments.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and technical issues throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the overall technical design and architecture of new and existing game projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in game development.
• Proven track record in developing and launching online games.
• Mandatory expertise in game development using Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of programming languages relevant to Unreal Engine, such as C++.
• Solid grasp of game design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with the specific work address located in Mecca, Al-Mukarramah, Al-Umrah neighborhood, Bin Aisa Al-Hour Street.
