We are seeking an HR Business Partner Factory to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

The HR Business Partner Factory will serve as a key strategic partner, aligning human resources practices with business objectives specifically within our factory operations. This full-time role involves supporting talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure the organization's needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely hiring and onboarding plans that support business objectives and budget requirements.
• Work with various departments to align HR practices with overall business goals.
• Support workforce planning and people strategies to meet future organizational needs.
• Implement programs designed to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Support recognition and incentive initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Ensure employees are informed about and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support for grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and plans, ensuring managers and employees are updated on any policy changes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance, and support the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant Human Resources role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, primarily supporting the factory operations in this region.
