About the Role

Amad Capital, an investment advisory firm specializing in wealth management for ultra-high-net-worth families in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Investment Manager. This full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah and Makkah offers direct exposure to client families and their multi-asset portfolios within a lean, high-impact advisory team. The firm provides independent advice across public markets, private investments, and real asset portfolios, acting as a dedicated fiduciary partner committed to delivering customized financial strategies built on trust and transparency.

Role Overview

As an Investment Manager, you will own the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence through Investment Committee preparation, execution, and ongoing monitoring. This position requires a proactive approach to managing diverse investment portfolios and contributing to the firm's growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive investment analysis across public equities, fixed income, private equity/venture capital funds, real estate, and direct investments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Prepare investment committee memoranda, pitch materials, and client-facing portfolio reviews.
  • Conduct due diligence on managers and funds for third-party allocations.
  • Monitor portfolio positions, track performance attribution, and recommend rebalancing or exit strategies.
  • Produce macroeconomic research, sector analyses, and market outlook papers.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including broker-dealers, fund managers, and legal counsel.
  • Support the development of investment policies and reporting frameworks as the firm scales.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or wealth/asset management.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple asset classes, including public markets, real estate, and private markets.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, fund return modeling, real estate pro formas).
  • Prior experience at a family office, wealth advisory firm, Big 4 deal advisory, or investment bank.
  • CFA Charterholder or final-level candidate.
  • Ability to produce investment-grade written work, including IC memos, market research, and client presentations.
  • Comfort operating in a small team with high autonomy and direct principal interaction.
  • Familiarity with GCC markets and the Saudi investment landscape.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CME certification or willingness to obtain upon joining.
  • Experience serving or working within UHNW family offices.
  • Exposure to Saudi CMA regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Background in feasibility studies for real assets.
  • MBA or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
